New Milestone Reading at the 4th Mile Station from Caesarea
A milestone with an inscription dating back to the time of the emperors Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus (161-169 AD) was recently discovered and scanned.

From summer 2022 till winter 2023 a study excavation was conducted on the Diocaesarea-Tiberias Roman road near the village of Rumat al-Heib.
